Your application goes through our three-step vetting process: AI pre-screening, human review, and ID verification. If you’re accepted, you’ll receive an onboarding link and access to the member platform.

1. AI-Powered Pre-Screening
Every application is first reviewed by our custom logic engine, trained to identify low-effort responses, misaligned goals, and obvious red flags.
2. Human Review
Qualified applications are then evaluated by real people who look for signal: originality, integrity, contribution, and mindset. We’re not impressed by status. We’re looking for alignment.
3. Identity Verification
